Double room in 3 bed house, Headingley

Room to rent in my 3 bed house on a quiet road in Headingley, double bed, wardrobe, freshly decorated.

Big kitchen, cooker, hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave. Living room is spacious and comfortable. Gardens front and back that are great in the Summer. The back garden is fenced in, and I love animals so pets welcome!

All bills are included - I got a little excited when setting up the internet and tv so we have superfast broadband and Virgin Media with all the sports possible. Also have netflix.

The room is freshly decorated and has a new queen size bed. New carpet. It's has a massive cupboard for storage and there's additional cupboard space on the landing just outside.

Good location with Headingley 5-10 minutes walk and train and bus routes to town. It's a quiet road and parking on the road is fine.
