Hi, I am looking for a lodger for my apartment in Headingley starting September 2022. I have some flexibility with dates so do let me know what works for you and I'm happy to try make it happen.

It is a genuinely fantastic location with everything you need in terms of shops/food places around the corner as well as direct road bus and rail links to the city centre.

You will have your own room with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers all encased in four walls with a complimentary floor and ceiling. People say the room is bigger than the pictures make it seem.

There is a shared bathroom by your room, a kitchen/lounge a clothes washer/dryer, 4 hobs gas cooker, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave/kettle/toaster and plates/cutlery. There is gated parking and a bike shed to keep your tricycle in. I am upgrading the internet to 'ultrafast'.

I'm (supposedly) a professional and prefer winding down and watching films weekday evenings but I go to the gym/eat out/ go for drinks and random things like go-karting, rock climbing when I can (be bothered/when there isn't a pandemic utterly destroying my social life). Totally up for sharing meals every now and then or going out nearby.

Usually my lodgers are professionals/ postgrad students wanting somewhere more homely than a typical house share where you have to que for a shower/ to cook. Or they are just desperate... desperate people.

I'm considerate and respectful and look for the same. A sense of humour and similar interests is always a bonus!

I don't even mind if you wear cowboy boots and listen to Nickelback... just don't expect me to remind you who you really are.
