Our house is ideally located in the residential/professional area of Headingley. It is within walking distance of the shops, supermarket, cafes, restaurants and bars. Easy/close access to the City Centre and easy access to public transport. All rooms have TVs included. All rooms are fully furnished.

Our house is clean and tidy and we require someone who is also clean and tidy. We are a mixed age (27-40) of female professionals who are easy to get on with and often spend time together :-)
The house has off street parking for 3 cars. The lounge is nice and comfortable with flatscreen TV, leather sofa etc. Patio doors lead out into the garden. The kitchen is very spacious and fully equipped including cooker, washing machine/dryer, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Gas/Electricity/Water & Broadband are included in your rent. Council tax and TV licence is split between the four of us and is about £36 each per month. Your room is a furnished bedroom. It has a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
