Double room in Headingley.

Short term lets preferred. WIFI, TV in room, washer/dryer. Shared lounge, kitchen, recently refurbished shower room and garden to rear. Bills included in rent. Excellent transport links; regular buses to Leeds city centre, 10mins walk to Burley train station. Parking is on street, it's a quiet residential location. Sharing with just me, I work in theatre and education. I'm quiet and self contained, happy to be social and chat but I mostly give people their own space. I'm tidy and clean up after myself and ask others to do the same.
