Room in a Cottage in Headingley

We live in a beautiful, Yorkshire stone cottage which is quiet in Far Headingley yet close to the heart of Headingley and close to all amenities, bus routes, train, shops, bars, cafes and restaurants.

We are also only twenty minutes drive from Leeds, Bradford Airport.

The room is available Monday - Friday or we could negotiate a different amount if the room is required for two or three days in the week and on that basis may appeal to a professional/academic who perhaps stays in Leeds during the week as it is close to both Universities, especially close to Beckett's Park University, hospital and city centre.

We could also be very flexible consider a shorter, fixed contract on a full time basis and again we would negotiate a different rate.

We are searching for a mature female, somebody who is respectful and responsible as this is a family home and we live with our son who is two years old.

We have a room to rent which is bright, comfortable, spacious and quiet and has a double bed, lamp and a fitted wardrobe for clothes.
