2 rooms in beautiful barn conversion

I am looking for 1 or 2 people to share my large home, set in stunning countryside, with me and my 16 year old son.. The double room is available long term (one month min) and the single room is available during university terms. (3 days min).

It is a beautiful, family home with two large living rooms. and a kitchen dining room. There is a bath but no shower.. There is plenty of parking and the walk into Hebden Bridge takes 20 minutes along the river. The station is a 25 minute walk away.

My son is accommodating and peaceful, enjoys cooking, and is a pleasure to live with. We have two affectionate cats, 4 chickens and a large sunny garden. There is a productive greenhouse and veg patch which you are welcome to use.

I work part time, mostly from home at the moment. I love country walks, fell running and mountain biking - all straight from the front door.. Meditation and dance is also important to me. I am a sociable person and love company, music, laughter and stimulating conversation. Someone who enjoys outdoor activities, meditation, yoga or has an interest in spirituality would be very welcome.

We tend to be pretty peaceful, and are looking for someone to bring music, laughter, joy and a desire for shared living to the house.
