Lovely bright double room available

Hello 💫

I have a large bright double room available in my house from the middle of January 2025. The room is available furnished (but please note, not with the furniture pictured) and is a bright sunny spot with original wooden floors.

The house has a ground floor living room and kitchen, a cellar with washing machine. The available bedroom is on the first floor next to the bathroom which has a gorgeous freestanding bath and separate shower. I have the attic floor as my separate living space. The room is £600pcm which includes all bills and a fortnightly cleaner.

I am looking for someone who is clean and calm - I live a gentle lifestyle and I work from home a lot so I need someone with similar lifestyle choices to mine.

You must be an animal lover! 💙 I have a little dog and two very friendly cats 🐈‍⬛ 🐈

There is some street parking available but it is very limited as it is in the area in general. There is a small seating area at the back of the house, as well as an area of common shared land to use as a garden.

Smokers are welcome but there is no smoking inside the house 🏡
