Double room in Hebden home in quiet location

I have a double room available which is not overlooked. My home is 15 minutes walk from the train station with trains to Manchester in under 30 minutes, and Leeds in under an hour.

There is plenty of roadside parking and lots of walks from the front door.

I have a new bathroom and a separate downstairs toilet. There is a garden and a kitchen. The bedroom has a desk, chair, double bed with new mattress and a wardrobe and bookcase. There is a garage if an item wasn't required. My lovely son lives here every other week.

I would also consider M-F or shorter week lets. There is good fibre broadband. I have a gas safety certificate. I would prefer a week free at Christmas if possible. See council website for council tax band.

Please feel free to arrange a visit or ask further questions. I am out quite a lot so you will have the house to yourself frequently.

In terms of me, I'm a professional who works in social care. I enjoy music, walks, films and travel and spend part of my week at my partner's home. My work is a mix of home working and visiting children. Happy to answer any questions :)
