Room for rent - Central Hebden Bridge

Large furnished double room for rent, located near to the Canal and only a few minutes walk from the co-op. Monthly rent includes all bills, which comprises of council tax, broadband, Sky TV, Gas and electricity. However, if the gas and electricity increases substantially then the monthly amount will increase to cover the additional use. (I don’t expect this to happen)

The house has a shared living room, bathroom (shower and bath), and kitchen. There is also a small outside seating area.

I’m clean, organised and relatively tidy. I enjoy cooking and like having a few friends round for dinner occasionally, but I am no longer the party host, and would like someone of a similar mindset.
I’m laid-back and easy to get along with, I’m pretty sociable but I do appreciate quiet time too. I’m a considerate flat-mate and look forward to finding someone similar.

I work all day Friday, Saturday and Sunday, and stay with my partner Monday-Wednesday, so the house will pretty much be yours the majority of the time.
