Room to Rent ⭐️ - LGBT Hebden Bridge

Hey! My name’s Indi , I live in a lovely little two bed in Hebden Bridge with a garden I’m currently doing up. I’m looking for a peaceful bab (ideally LGBTQ+) who’s up for the odd chat or cuppa but also values their own space and a quiet home.

The house is just round the corner from the Stubbing Wharf pub. It’s an under-dwelling with a beautiful view and loads of amazing woodland walks/hikes/swim spots nearby. It’s about a 10-minute walk into town along the canal. Can even hear the church bells 🔔 🐥

It was unfurnished when I moved in, but now it’s all set up and cosy. You’d be sharing the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and garden with me. There’s a washing machine, dehumidifier, clothes horse, washing line in the garden, TV, fridge, oven, heating, and a shower — all the usual stuff . All shared spaces are communal and respected, with privacy in bedrooms.

⭐️ The Room:
It’s a small single room, I’ve been using it as a painting studio, so it’ll be empty when you move in. Would fit a bed and some storage, but probably not a large desk. It’s unfurnished. It’s definitely more of a cosy, quiet space than a work-from-home setup.

⭐️Rent:
£450 per month ,includes all bills (council tax, water, gas/electric, fast WiFi).I rent from a private landlord (no agents involved).It’s a really peaceful street with nice neighbours . we’ve even got a little community WhatsApp group.

⭐️A bit about me:
I work as a private chef for a retreat and also for an asylum seekers’ charity, so I’m usually out and about during the week.

I love to knit, paint and busy away in the garden ☺️🪴❤️

What’s really essential for me is having a home that feels peaceful and safe — not a party house, just somewhere soft to land.
