Double room in a 2 bedroom end terrace located at the end of a quiet cul de sac on the edge of Gomersal.

Within easy reach of the M62, M1 and M606 with good public transport links to Leeds and Bradford.

The room is a double but has a single bed with substantial wardrobe space. There is also a desk.

I am the live in landlord and I keep the house clean and tidy as this is my home so I’d like someone who also has the same mindset and will treat the property with respect.

The tenant will have access to the kitchen and bathroom and the house has WiFi.

There is immediate parking outside of the house.
