A generous, freshly decorated and carpeted room in a quiet home. The room has plenty of floor space and is currently arranged with a single bed and its own private sitting/living area to relax and unwind in. If preferred, this can easily be swapped for a 4ft small double bed prior to move-in.

​Shared facilities: Clean, modern kitchen with space to eat, cook, and sit, plus a shared bathroom.

Living room setup: I use the front lounge as my own private space/office day and night, so there isn’t a shared living room. The setup suits someone who enjoys having their own self-contained space to retreat to, with the kitchen and garden as the shared hub.

​Outside: Nice back garden that has recently been landscaped, plus plenty of parking. Easy direct access to the Spen Valley Greenway for walks and cycling.

​All bills included: Gas, electric, water, council tax, and high-speed broadband.

​About the household:
I'm easy-going, tidy, and respectful of personal space and downtime. Looking for a considerate, independent professional who values a calm, quiet, and peaceful environment. Single occupancy only.
