Double Bedroom in Shared House

My brother is moving out so I have a room available for someone to move in,
We'll shared the bathroom, kitchen and living room, I'm open to being friends and social but I also don't mind if you'd prefer to keep to yourself.
I have a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and air fryer that I'm also open to sharing as long as everything is respected and left clean.
The property has a front and back garden, with 2 washing lines.
I'm looking for someone quiet and tidy, I don't mind light mess as long as it's not in the main shared areas/or as long as there isn't tons of alcohol bottles left around or mold growing etc :)
