Stylish Double Room available

I am moving out 31st October, need someone To replace my then or on 1st November.

Stylish room includes queen size bed, two wardrobes, lots of natural light (blinds at top), two desk drawers and mirror. Bathroom includes sink, loo, shower and bath. Shared living room/open plan kitchen with coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, flat screen tv, comfy sofa and balcony.
Storage cupboard also with washer/dryer, cleaning utensils etc.
Wifi is extra £10.99 a month and water/electric is paid quarterly (every 3 months) around £60 each.
Deposits required and references which will be given to lettings agents (next steps).
You would be sharing the flat with a 24 year old professional who is currently living there. He’s super nice, very chilled out, tidy guy with his own custom shoes business.
