Room in a quiet house

I'm living in a 2 bedroom house with one double and one single room.
And I'd like to rent out one of the rooms. Whichever room suits you, I'm opened for it.
The house has a fully furnished kitchen and living room, the toilet is in the bathroom.
One the rooms doesn't have any furnitures at this moment of time, but you tell me what you need and I'll get it sorted before you move in.
Outside there is a huge garden with a garage, so plenty space to store all your belongings.
Neighborhood is quite friendly and safe.

If you have a car you can park in the garden, or you can apply for a free parking permit.

A bit of myself: a professional boy with 2 jobs, easy going, quite and looking after the cleanness inside the house and out.
Hobbies: cooking, baking, working and going to the countryside as often as it is possible.
