I am looking for someone to replace my lovely housemate in our two-bedroom apartment in Aaron House at Leodis Square. The apartment is fully furnished with double bedrooms, open plan kitchen/dining/living room, and a full apartment-length balcony overlooking the grassed courtyard in the centre. There is a washing machine / Dryer and dishwasher all included.

I am 27 years old and work as a trainee solicitor. I have been living in the apartment since September 2021 when they were first let out and we were the first to rent. I work from home 2-3 times per week and enjoy keeping a balance by going to the gym throughout the week and catching up with friends in the evenings or binge-watching shows on Netflix. I also enjoy keeping the flat extremely clean and tidy - the place looks like new!
 
If you would be interested, the contract would start around 4 September 2022 with a 10-month break clause.

The rent is £515 (including broadband WiFi, access to a fully equipped gym, 1000-pocket Hypnos mattress, 24-hour residents service including parcel management). Water, electricity and council tax come to around £90 each a month.
