Recently redecorated large double room close to the city centre. We are in the process of getting a new carpet but the room is ready to move in. We are looking for the fourth housemate in our 4 bedroom house. We are a group of friendly professionals. We are clean, tidy and respectful, and looking for someone who would fit well in our household. Pets considered if it's a good fit, but would require a slightly higher rent and deposit.
