New Tenant Needed Asap - Sadly Need To Move Out

Modern double room available from February within the Leeds City Centre. The property is a 2 bed, 2 bath fully furnished apartment 5 minutes walk away from Leeds Train Station inclusive of great amenities.

I am 1 of 2 female professionals occupants of the property.

I am unfortunately moving out from my apartment shared with my best friend due to unforeseen circumstances, you do have to give 2 months notice for the apartment but I am happy to have someone move in asap and start paying the rent through me or my friend for that period of time. Ideally looking to replace with another female, similar in age and lifestyle.

Housemate you’ll be joining:

I work as a recruitment consultant in town with a hybrid work arrangement, in my free time I enjoy going to the gym, running and the odd night out with my friends. It would be great if I had a housemate who was social and I could do these things with as well! I also really enjoy cooking and trying new recipes so that would give us a great way to bond.

To relax, I really enjoy yoga (free classes in the building), reading, listening to music or watching a TV series in my room. Looking for someone I could get along with and also happy to spend time together and apart with healthy boundaries when needed.

I’m a bit of a neat freak (sorry!) so I like to keep the apartment as tidy as possible at all times - always happy to reach an agreement on the flat standards with the future occupant and work together to maintaining this.
