Spacious room in 2 bed house share.

My current housemate is moving on and I am looking for someone to take their place. It's a nice house on a quiet and freindly street (Mr Whippy lives across the road).

My photography skills do not do the house justice.

The house is fully furnished but I haven't put the bed up in the room yet, that's why it isn't pictured.

Full amenities, fridge, freezer, washing machine, oven, TV, etc.

The available room has a staircase with a door lead Ieading to that. So is nice and private from the rest of the house.

House consists of basement kitchen, utility room, spacious living room, bathroom and two double bedrooms.

I'm easy to get on with and I like to come home from work to a clean house. I'm at work quite a lot and generally work night's. Friday and Saturday I only come back for a few hours on a morning.

Couples welcome at an additional £45 pcm.

All bills included tv licence, council tax, internet, water, gas and electric added bonus of Netflix. The gas and electric are on a meter, I try to keep it topped up but if I'm working away/on Holiday all I ask is if it's running low don't be silly and top it up.
