Double room to rent in Honley, Holmfirth

I am looking for someone to rent a room in my house from 7 February 2019. The cost is £300 a month plus bills which are on average £100 a month.

The house is a lovely, old house in Honley with lots of character. It has a large kitchen, a large living room with dining area and 3 bedrooms (one with en suite), a main bathroom and a smaller downstairs toilet.

There is conservatory, a garden with a patio and on street parking. The house is directly in front of a bus stop with regular buses into Huddersfield and Holmfirth.

Honley is a quiet village with a few bars and restaurants and lots of beautiful countryside! It is a 5 minute drive to Holmfirth and a 20 minute drive to Huddersfield. It is possible to commute to varies cities including Leeds, Manchester and Sheffield.

I am a young professional working 9-6 in Leeds during the week and I live with another young professional, Jonny, who is a tennis coach and works different hours throughout the week and weekend. We both love socialising, watching films/ Netflix, Disney, karaoke, nights out/ parties but an equal amount of chill time too.

I’m looking for a house mate who is clean and tidy.
