Hi - My name is Jo and I have found myself rattling around on my own in my large 5 bed, 2 reception house within Brockholes village (Huddersfield 4 miles - Holmfirth 2 miles - Honley 1 mile)

I decided I would like another lodger and I have one bedrooms available to rent:-

Double room £80(1 person) or £100(for a couple or 2 people) per week - Double and single bed - 4 door wardrobe with hanging, drawers and top boxes

All bills included covering electric, gas, water, sewage, council tax, broadband(Internet)

You will have full use of:-

A shared lounge with TV
A shared dining room
A shared kitchen with cooker, microwave, toaster, washing machine and dishwasher
A shared bathroom with washbasin, bath and separate shower
A shared toilet
A shared back garden with patio's and overlooking the river

Smoking will be allowed outside of the house(in the front or back gardens)

Pets by negotiation

My house is ideally located:
100m from bus stop
800m from train station
500m from local pubs, take away, post office, shop, hairdressers, sandwich shop, 2 churches
1500m to local busy village - Honley with many shops and other facilities

Reference(s) will be required and a bond will be payable equivalent to 4 weeks rent as well as 2 weeks rent in advance(so £240 for single room or £480 for double room)
