If you are a professional person looking for a clean, modern and comfortable home to live in, between Halifax, Huddersfield and Brighouse, my home is perfect for you. It is ideally situated, just a 5-minute drive from the M62 for easy access to Leeds and Manchester.

Brook House, is the oldest building in Holywell Green, dating back to 1706. It is on four floors, situated by two brooks and a waterfall. Most people fall in love with it straight away.

This is my family home. My three children have all left to venture out in life and now I have this big house that is fun to share with others.

The modern large kitchen/diner with American style fridge/freezer, ceramic hob and granite worktops has a balcony overlooking the brook and waterfall, plus new decking with relaxing space after a hard day at work. There are brown trout in the brook and it is very relaxing to watch them in the summer. There is also an abundance of bird life to watch while having your morning cuppa!

This is a beautiful house and well worth looking at. The M62 is only three minutes drive away and Huddersfield, Halifax and Brighouse are approximately within 5 miles.

There are some fantastic restaurants in the area serving anything from Thai to Fish and Chips plus some great country pubs. You can also walk off your calories with a bounty of country walks.

I am a writer and a photographer, so I am either working from home or travelling.
