Room to rent

Hi I am looking for a person to rent a room in my home. I am a professional person working full time. I am neat and tidy and would like someone similar. I live in a nice area of Horbury. My home is a three bedroom semi with a driveway for parking. I have three bedrooms and would charge £300 for the double or consider £250 for the single room. The single room is of good size and could accomodate a double bed snugley. It is on junction 40 of the M1 motorway, close to Wakefield, Leeds, Sheffield etc Look forward to hearing from you.
