Small single room available in 2 person house

Hi, I am a 27 year old professional with a spare bedroom available in the house I am currently renting in Horbury.
The bedroom itself is quite small but the rest of the house is shared, animal friendly (I have a small dog - adorable :) ), and has good transport connections to Wakefield and Leeds among other areas.
The rent is negotiable as the single room is so small, it fits a single bed with a bit of floor space left over. I am happy to share the rest of the house for storage etc. and I recommend you have a look before making a decision.

Rent will include gas, electric, fibre broadband etc. and I don't currently have a minimum or maximum stay time.

I spend most of my time working (I am a games graphic artist) but do like to relax and unwind when I can.
