7 minutes walk to Horsforth train station for 15 min journey to Leeds City Centre. 3 min walk to Town street in Horsforth.

Large living room, smaller conservatory room with door to garden, large kitchen with dining table. Very spacious and brilliant for entertaining. Broadband and TV package with Virgin. Central heating and double glazing. Old free standing bath in bathroom and seperate shower. Double rm has double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and beautiful view, available as unfurnished also.

Kitchen has everything as I had my own house before renting.

I'm a health professional working in Leeds. I'd describe myself as sociable and creative. I enjoy cooking and relaxing in the week, listening to music (indie/alternative, electro, rock, dance etc) or watching a little TV/films, and like to go out in Leeds fairly often. I have family and friends in Leeds who I see regularly and I go to a gym a couple of nights a week. Occasionally have parties/gatherings or barbecues.

I'm originally from London, coming to Leeds for Uni. I was involved in running dance events when I was younger and still go out to nights and to see bands & enjoy going to festivals. I'm not particularly into sport or soaps!

I'd like to share with someone who is sociable yet independent. Someone who is happy to keep communal areas tidy and keep on top of washing up! Though it's very much a lived in house. I'm the principal tenant and all the furniture and possessions in the house are mine, so guess it would be more like being a lodger, someone who'd be happy to join in with how the house is now, so do come see!

Would suit someone new to Leeds or wanting to move to Horsforth. Perfect for anyone who works in city centre but doesn't want to live in a city flat.

The garden is just amazing, perfect for barbeques. It's not really overlooked and has many interesing plants in it.

There is off road parking for two cars.

You'd also be sharing with two cats who are real characters! They are mainly outside or in the living room, not the rest of the house.
