The property is a 3 story end-terrace on a quiet residential street in Horsforth, with excellent transport links to the city centre (3 frequent bus routes that take 20 mins to the city centre, and a train station that takes you directly to Leeds, Harrogate and York) Local amenities of Horsforth are within walking distance. I know a lot of people like to look for en-suite city centre rooms, but the compromise is well worth is as the house is spacious and I always keep the bathroom spotless.
The house is super clean, comfortable, and homely, and furnished to a really high standard throughout. The bathroom has just been refurbished and has a turbo shower - it's great. I keep the house pretty much how it is in the pictures so it’s really important to me to find someone who is also clean, tidy and respectful :)
The room comes with the mattress, bed frame and side tables seen in the pictures, and a set of Chest of draws and built in wardrobe. The room is HUGE with lovely high ceilings. There is plenty of room for storage of personal possessions and just to hang out..
The house has everything in it that you’ll need – full range of cooking utensils, washing machine, tumble dryer (in a separate laundry room), vacuum, cleaning products etc.

£475 per month is inclusive of rent, water, gas, electric, council tax and internet (internet connection in the house is extremely fast and reliable). The security deposit is £475.

I’m a really nice, funny, easy going, caring and considerate person to live with and be around.
I’m a young professional and works mon -Friday with some working from home days and enjoy cycling and running in my spare time.

I take it pretty easy at home so you won't need to worry about being woken up at 4am or anything along those lines - my party days are behind me so it would be ideal to find someone who is also pretty chilled. I'm very considerate to others and would like to find someone who is too.
