Contemporary Victorian house with 2 large bedrooms

Hi there!

I've recently finished renovating my Victorian terrace and, due to an overseas work move, I will be renting the property out for a while.

The house has 2 large King sized bedrooms on separate floors and the one that would be yours is the large loft room with high ceilings and its own lounge / reading area.

I have already rented out the other smaller bedroom on the first floor to a lovely and very considerate couple that I work with. They are in their 40's and have been living there since September 2019 whilst their own house is being renovated.

The house also has a large lounge and dining kitchen, as well as a family sized bathroom, garden and recently converted basement utility room and downstairs toilet. It's very handy for Horsforth train station and Town Street (about 5 minutes walk) and less than 15 minutes on the train into Leeds city centre.

I have spent the last 3 years renovating the property and have done this to be my home. I would therefore like to rent it to people that will enjoy living in the space but will also look after it!

The rent would include all bills including internet and the house has a burglar alarm. There is also on-street resident's-only parking if required.
