Hi there,
Huge double room in Horsfoth for rent, available from the 1/10/20. I have lived at this house for 3 years and absolutely loved it. Only reason I am moving is I’ve purchased my own property.
The price is £390 all bills included (super fast WiFi).
The house itself comprises of a ample kitchen, plenty of storage and fridge space. Communal living area/ dining room and a shared bathroom. There is currently a treadmill in the living room which has been a savour during lockdown and the housemate who owns it has no issue with others using it. There’s a massive basement great for storage. There’s a washing machine, and a washing line in the back yard for the sunny days :)
The bedroom is situated on the ground floor, it is a huge room and you don’t notice any noise.
The house mates are pretty sound and a good laugh.
The house is close to shops, pubs and restaurants and it has a train station up the road. The road at the bottom is a main bus route taking you in either direction to pretty much anywhere. To get to town on the bus is only 15 mins.
