Looking for a new flatmate in fully furnished flat

Hi,

I'm looking for a new flatmate to live with me in a fully furnished, gorgeous flat! I've been living here with another friend who's moved out now and can't wait to share this space with another person.

You'll be getting a spacious double rooms with a lot of closet space and a whole bathroom to yourself. The room is not en suite but the bathroom is right in front of your room. There's also a spacious living room that comes with tv (no tv license but I have a fire stick and my boyfriend's Netflix account which you are more than welcome to use!), kitchen that comes with crockery, pots and pans. From the living room there's a back door that leads to garden and outdoor sitting area which is my favorite part of the house. There's greenery around the house so you'll be getting a great view from both your room and the living room.

The flat is not bills inclusive so on top of the rent you'd be splitting council tax, water, electricity (no gas, everything is electricity), wifi and insurance with me. I can give you more details on how much this usually is altogether!

I am generally tidy, organised and respect flatmate's personal space. With the lockdown and everything, it's expected that we'd be spending a lot of time together so I want to ensure that we can get along well and become friends :) You are welcome to message to arrange a viewing or I could take a more detailed video of the flat!
