The flat is located in central Horsforth and is a short walk from shops and bars on the high street. It is well located for both train and bus routes into the city centre.
The room comes unfurnished but includes an inbuilt double wardrobe on the wall. Willing to negotiate furnishings for a larger split of the rent.
Note: bed in photos is a king size so there is plenty of space for a double bed and other furniture.
