Large double, private bathroom, bills included

The monthly rent includes all utilities, TV licence, gardener and cleaner, and I cover almost all shared household items (cleaning products, bin bags, loo roll etc…)

Please note that in the next few months the bathroom will no longer be just for your use when I let the fourth room out. You’d have at least a month’s notice of this change and a reduction in rent.

The house is huge, and I’m biased, but it’s stunning! It’s very peaceful here and the bus stop for getting into town is 5 mins walk away. The garden is beautiful and you can only see a tiny bit in the photo.

The room is spacious and has a large inbuilt wardrobe. The bathroom is just next-door, and I only use it sometimes during the night or for a bath, which so far I almost never do! Jane has her own bathroom and I have my own shower room so that bathroom is mainly for your use. There’s two additional downstairs toilets.

The living room has a log burner. I installed high-end wifi signal boosters on each level of the house. There’s also a modern security system if we need it.

I do best with a mix of socialising/ chatting and having me-time. It would be nice to do some things together like meals, with whoever joins the house.

I have some health limitations and I often have to tackle tasks in chunks, as my energy crashes. It means a lot to me to create and share a home that is warm and inviting. I’m looking for someone who will treat my home with respect and likes cats. I have a 5 month old kitten- she’s very sweet/ a monkey and likes to play! Due to the quality appliances, nice furniture and high quality finish to the interior, I’m looking for someone who takes care of things… and I accept no one is perfect and accidents happen.

I’m looking for a lodger who isn’t based WFH but happy to discuss this.

Parking isn’t off road but the neighbours tend to leave the area free. I am planning to get a car at some point this year so space would become more limited but atm there’s enough space directly outside the house.

Currently it’s me, Jane and Shay (and kitty Clara) living together and it’s such a nice, chilled vibe. Shay is moving to be closer to work and we’re sad he’s leaving.
