Spacious Room in House with Garden

I've recently bought a house in Horsforth and am looking for someone to rent out one of my spare rooms. It's a 3 bed property but I'm only looking for one person to move in and will keep the third bedroom as a spare/office space.

Absolutely all bills included.

The property itself is spacious with an amazing garden so we'll both have space to ourselves. It's close to Horsforth train station so it's a really handy location for transport.

About me -
I'm 28, I work in public health which is mostly working from home with a little bit of time spent in the office. I like to be social when at home, watching tv and making dinner together etc. I enjoy sports and am a member of a few local sports teams.
