Double room available in lovely Horsforth house

Hello!

We are looking for a new housemate to join our lovely house in Horsforth as our current housemate is heading back down south.

The bedroom is a double, but currently has a kingsize bed, and is on the second floor. The room available is unfurnished. There are 2 windows which let in so much lovely natural light, and you always get the evening sunsets.

You will join Heather and Emma. Heather works at a digital consultancy as a UX Designer, and Emma works in hospitality, currently opening her own bottle shop! Emma’s hours mean she’s usually out on weekends and does late nights. Heather works from home and goes to the office once or twice a week. There is a small office room next to the bedroom which Heather and our current housemate currently alternate using.

Heather is a plant carer who is interested in sustainability, likes to play boardgames, and trying craft beer. Emma is a fabulous (sometimes pink haired) dog lover, girl dinner extraordinaire and master baker.

Our previous housemate would say: "They will make you feel welcome instantly, you’ll have the best time!"

We're both pretty laid back and are looking for someone clean, tidy, kind and fun who'd like to join us for chilled evenings bingeing netflix, having a few bevs at the local pub, and going on days out at the weekend. We like to get out for walks in the evenings sometimes, or wind down doing some crafts/creative-type-stuff.

- Move in date is 25th September (can be sooner if required)
- Rent is £430 a month
- Bills are not included, but are roughly £160 a month each (with potential to rise in winter)
- Council tax band C
- There is plenty of on-street parking in front of and behind the house
- We have a cute little back yard with a table and chairs
