Double room available in lovely Horsforth house

Hello!

We are looking for a new housemate to join our lovely house in Horsforth.

The bedroom is a double, but can fit a kingsize bed, and is on the second floor. The room available is unfurnished. There are 2 windows which let in lots of natural light, and you always get the evening sunsets.

You will join Heather and Emma. Heather works at a digital consultancy as a UX Designer, and Emma works in hospitality, and has just opened her own bottle shop! Emma’s hours mean she’s usually out on weekends and does late nights. Heather works from home and goes to the office once or twice a week. There is a small office room next to the bedroom which has a spare bed for guests as well. Heather uses the office sometimes when she works at home, but the house has lots of places that are nice to work from.

Heather is a plant carer who is interested in sustainability, likes to play boardgames, and trying craft beer. Emma is a fabulous (currently pink haired) dog lover, girl dinner extraordinaire and master baker.

Our previous housemate would say: "They will make you feel welcome instantly, you’ll have the best time!"

We're both pretty laid back and are looking for someone clean, tidy, kind and fun who'd like to join us for chilled evenings bingeing netflix, having a few bevs at the local pub, and going on days out at the weekend. We like to get out for walks in the evenings sometimes, or wind down doing some crafts/creative-type-stuff.

- Move in date is ASAP
- Rent is £430 a month
- Bills are not included, but are roughly £140 a month each (with potential to rise over winter)
- Council tax band C
- There is plenty of on-street parking in front of and behind the house
- We have a cute little backyard with a table and chairs
