Double Room with Ensuite in Horsforth

Double room with Ensuite is available as my current flat is leaving. The rent is £450 each. With normal usage of utilities (council tax, electric, water and internet) it is a total of £650 roughly, subject to increases from utility supplier and council. Horsforth train station is about 1 mile away, connection to Leeds city centre takes about 8 to 12 minutes. I currently work in the city Monday to Friday and during week can stay over with my girl friend, so you would have the place to yourself on occasions. This is not open to work from home tenants. There is a communal car park to use if you drive and own a car, which is located inside the compound. If this sound good please message and I will answer any questions.
