Double room in modern Horsforth flat

I am moving out of my room to move home and am looking for someone to replace me on the tenancy from July 26th onwards. The flat is a 2 bed 2 bathroom modern flat in a gated apartment complex in Horsforth. The existing tenant has the en-suite bedroom so the other bathroom would be your entirely your own. The flat is fully furnished with items we bought and the bedroom furniture can be left in the room or removed if preferred. The rent is £650pp per month (open to some negotiation) and with all bills/council tax usually averages at £800-£850 per month.

There is one allocated parking space which the existing tenant uses but there is ample guest parking within the complex and free on-street parking outside the flat

We are looking for a professional/doctor/dentist to replace me on the tenancy.
