Flat is part of a high quality development set in lovely, leafy grounds in Horsforth. The area is really nice and conveniently close to Leeds Bradford airport

Walking distance to Town St and bars, supermarkets. Also close to train station (about a 10 minute walk). There's plenty of parking if you have a car.

I'm a professional working in Leeds but also work from home a couple of times a week. I'm looking for a flat mate to help share bills, have a chat with over tea, watch a bit of TV now and again and maybe the odd trip to the pub.

I'm easy going & like my home to be clean and tidy. I believe I'm considerate to others and make a good flat mate. I love to watch sports, cook when I have time, listen to good music & holiday as much as possible.
