A really beautiful house! :)

We have two moderately sized single bedrooms available a. s.a. p. The property is situated very close to essential amenities such as supermarkets (Morrisons and Tesco express), newsagents, bars, pubs, takeaway shops - dominoes, pizza hut and Subway. There is a bus route close by that takes you straight to Leeds City Centre. There is also a train station within a ten minute walking distance. The property itself is cosy and is in a quiet neighbourhood. We have a shared living room with a flatscreen television provided. There is also a shared bathroom with a shower and bath. In addition to this there are two gardens with BBQ facilities provided in the summer. There is also a storage space for bikes. Overall a fantastic property and a really good price! :)
