Double room in beautiful semi detached house

Double room available for short term rent - min. 4 month, max. 7 months.

from Nov 1st (or later) 2014.

you'll be living with me (owner) but I'm working away a lot in that period so you'll actually end up having the house to yourself for much of that time - either a great thing or not so good depending on your perspective!

The house is lovely - decorated to a high standard throughout, big open plan kitchen/dinning room with range cooker and log burning stove, bathroom with large bath and shower, lounge with flat screen TV/Sky, fibre optic broadband, large garden, garage, good for bus routes, large driveway, space for parking.

I need to upload pictures of the bathroom and bedroom - will do that soon!

I'm looking for someone that I'll get on with but also who I can feel comfortable living in the house when I'm not there. Would also consider a couple.
