Double room available in Horsforth (Mon - Fri)

Hello!

I have a cosy furnished double room available to rent in Horsforth. I own the house, have lived here for 6 years and have rented the room out previously to friends.

I am very relaxed as a housemate and looking for someone that is respectful and would like a friendly home, as well as a room.

With a large dining kitchen, living area and garden, the house is set in a lovely position in the quiet leafy Newlaithes area, yet only a stones throw from the amenities of New Road Side. There are excellent transport links into Leeds City Centre, including the new Kirkstall Forge railway station which provides easy and direct access to Leeds and Bradford on the Ilkley/Skipton lines.

The room is furnished with double bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers and shelving unit. There are also lovely views over the valley as it is positioned at the back of the house.

I am a 'young' professional, working full time Monday to Friday but may work from home 1-2 days a week. While I have an active social life and occasionally have friends round, it is not a party house. I have a cat but she is clean and friendly.

All bills are included in the rent and I would prefer someone looking for a place during the working week only - short term lets possible.

Parking is available on-street outside the house.
