Double room to rent near Horsforth train station

I have a double bedroom available in my two bedroom ground floor flat close to Horsforth train station. It comes with large built in wardrobes and is fully furnished, with access to the back of the flat (private car park).

This room will be available from the 2nd October and can be available either full time or 5 days a week for a reduced price.

I'm the live in landlord and work full time in the city centre, but also study a degree in my free time so I'm not often around. As it is a small flat it would be important for me to live with someone who has a similar attitude towards cohabiting e. g. cleaning up after yourself, respecting others' privacy and being friends rather than just flatmates.

If you like the location but would prefer a cheaper room, I am happy to let the smaller single room instead for £200 inc all bills.
