Double Room in North Leeds (Horsforth)

The room available is in Horsforth, North Leeds and is in easy reach of the train station and bus routes to Leeds, Bradford and Harrogate.

The house is in a quiet area, but not too far from the lively bars and restaurants of Horsforth. The room itself is freshly painted in neutral colours and has a big double wardrobe. The room has a bed and will have a new mattress.

The house has 3 double bedrooms, a medium sized bathroom and kitchen (with washing machine and all the usual kitchen items), a large dining area and medium sized front room, there is a large maintained garden and a garage. There is a secure drive way for parking.

Live in landlord (M me) is there 2 nights a week, and the other room is occupied full time (M 35).

The monthly rental includes ALL bills, including unlimited wireless internet connection. BT TV with BT Sports. No other costs other than the rent. An ideal house mate would be clean and tidy, respectful and reliable.
