Spacious house share in Leeds - own bathroom

Looking to share my spacious apartment in the sought after Horsforth area of Leeds. Would prefer week day lodger but full time also an option. My current week day lodger is ending a work based induction period in Leeds. The room is available available from 23 April.

Accessible train stations at Kirkstall Forge and Horsforth. Fabulous bus route into Leeds and surrounding areas with main bus stop 3 min walk away.

Plenty of things going on in Horsforth with bars, restaurants, gyms etc. Leeds city centre a short distance away so reasonable taxi prices too! Bus stop is 3 min walk away.

Outside there’s green space, public footpath to woods and plenty of roadside parking. Ground floor flat with small patio area.

Good sized room with double bed, Bedside table/drawers and small hanging unit. Good sized modern bathroom with shower over bath (I have my own en suite shower room).

Large living area and kitchen. Happy to share utensils, pans and crockery etc. There’s a microwave, brand new fridge and freezer, and washing machine.

There’s also a cycle shed in the complex.

WiFi included - will need to monitor bills but shouldn’t be a problem.

Must be clean and tidy in general as that’s how I like my environment to live in. Otherwise I’m really easy going.

I work and travel a lot and train at the gym most days. Into healthy eating, but also like a good drink and night out! I’m young minded so age generally isn’t a limitation.
