Horsforth Leeds - Homeshare opportunity

This is a HOMESHARE opportunity - we will carry out DBS & credit checks & we need 2 references - this will take approx 3 weeks.
It is preferable that you speak Spanish but this is not essential - please apply for this amazing opportunity.
The Homeshare fee is £150 per month.
We have a lovely lady in her 70s, living in Horsforth with a beautiful house. She’s looking for someone to share with and wants to perfect her Spanish! In return for this fantastic opportunity can you offer Spanish conversations & do some tasks round the house?
Horsforth has wonderful public transport links into Leeds City Centre, perfect for university or work! Buses are every 10 mins during day & Horsforth station is about a mile and half away,
The house is near all the local amenities including Shops, Cafes, Pubs & Take-always
You will have to contribute to utility expenses.
There is no smoking in the house – you can smoke in the garden.
Ideal move in date – Feb 2019.
