In case you don’t already know, Horsforth is a great area for young professionals, 5 miles from the city centre (15 minutes by train from Horsforth station), and 10 minutes drive from the popular Headingley area.
As you would expect with quality accommodation, the house is decorated, carpeted and furnished to a high standard and comprises: Living room with leather sofas, TV, dining table and chairs. Fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, dryer, fridge freezer. Modern tiled bathroom with full suite and electric shower. Five well furnished double bedrooms, including the ensuite we are advertising.
There are low maintenance front and back gardens, off-street parking for up to three cars and easy on-road parking. In addition there is a large cellar accessed from outside with plenty of space available for storing bikes, sports equipment and loads of other things!
