The space to be let in this detached Victorian house, is a ground floor, self contained FLAT. It has its own separate entrance, with kitchen, a shower room, and two large spacious rooms. - both have been used as bedrooms. Recently, single person used one as a bedroom and one as lounge.

The flat overlooks the back garden and is in a quiet neighbourhood by Beaumont Park, about 25 minutes walk to town. Lockwood train station is about 10-15 mins walk away.

The layout of the house enables three separate entrance areas, thus providing privacy.

Looking for a quiet, decent, self-respecting and reliable individual or couple /two friends who like to keep their environment clean and pleasant.

I live upstairs, work as an editor and am often away for several days at a time. I prefer a calm, quiet home life and looking for similar person for the flat.
