Rooms available from 1st July 22 (or later if that works for you) in high quality house in a friendly residential area, within a 5 to 10 minute walk of the station and town centre, and a 15 to 20 minute walk of the University. The route is flat with a frequent bus service if required.

Rent includes gas, electric, water plus fast internet, Netflix and TV licence.

Ikea kitchen with appliances plus comfortable living room with Sony smart flat screen TV and DVD.

Bedrooms each have a double bed, large wardrobe, spacious desk, desk chair and drawers and a shelving unit. Larger bedroom is the attic room.

Heated basement, (fully damp proofed), with washer and dryer and large additional social space

Gas central heating and double glazing throughout.

Smoking/vaping within the house is not allowed though there is a covered alley for this.
