We take great care to find like minded housemates of a similar age to ensure you have a friendly, enjoyable home.

This house is best suited to housemates aged 25-50 who are generally quiet and respectful.

Communal areas are inspected twice a month.

As a well respected and reputable local landlord all of our houses are well maintained. Our cleaning team check the property every 2 weeks which allows us to deal with any maintenance issues quickly and efficiently.
Our aim is to be proactive and provide a clean friendly environment for our housemates to live in.
