I am advertising for a friend
He is looking for a housemate, student or profesional. 1 Double room for rent in a total of 3 bedrooms house. Rent would be £475 per month with all bills included (council tax included too).. both are professionals and working 12h/day so mostly they will be home only in the evening. House is like 15-20min walk away from town centre, same to the University of Huddersfield. Cleaning needs to be maintained in the house and expected that the new housemate to be a clean/tidy person, always cleaning after himself.
A proper new wardrobe will be brought in the room.
