All utility bills and fibre optic broadband are included for £105 per room per week. The deposit is £200 per person, which is protected in a tenancy deposit scheme and returnable to you at the end of the tenancy.

The house is available from 1 September 2025 to Summer 2026. Everything in the house was brand new 2 years ago and the house will be professionally cleaned and redecorated as needed before 1 September.
