Very quiet house near university and Castle Hill

The available room is a double with its own 'Belfast/butler's' sink.

All bills included apart from council tax.

You'd be sharing with me, the homeowner: a sporty, friendly 39 year-old hard-working, quiet, tidy, considerate artist. I keep the house very calm and quiet. I compete in olympic weightlifting, so I train three-four times a week, usually in the evenings.

It's a very spacious, light, clean house near the university, Almondbury, nature reserve woods, Longley Park Golf course, and big supermarkets including Sainsbury's, ALDI, M&S Food, ASDA and LIDL.

There's a patio in the back and a lawn garden in the front.

Only a 20 minute walk to university/town, and in 25 minutes from the front door and through the fields you can be at the top of Castle Hill for beautiful views.

There's a bus stop just two doors down from the house which takes you to university/town, and the area is quiet, safe and residential. There is a small park in front of the house and a local grocer's/newsagent's nearby.

Appliances in the kitchen include a big American-style fridge-freezer (essential for food prepping!), toaster, kettle, food mixer, blender, slow cooker, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped (you would not need to bring utensils or crockery etc) and well ventilated. It has an adjoined dining area with table and chairs, and opens onto a patio.

There would be an off-road parking space for your car/bike if you have one.

Please call at any time. This home would be ideal if you're similarly quiet and in need of undisturbed sleep! I'm afraid the house is not suitable for night owls or someone who would come back late.
